1. When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days within the United Kingdom.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only offer delivery within the United Kingdom.

3. What is your returns policy for earrings, nose jewellery, and jewellery sets?

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, nose jewellery, and any jewellery sets that include earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.

As these items come into direct contact with sensitive areas, we are unable to accept returns once dispatched. This ensures the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our customers.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.

4. Are made-to-order or personalised items returnable?

Items that are made-to-order or personalised are non-returnable and non-refundable.

As these pieces are specially created to your request, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

5. Are sale or clearance items returnable?

Items marked as sale, clearance, or final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

These pieces are offered at a reduced price and are therefore excluded from our standard returns policy, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

6. Can I return an item purchased using a discount code or promotional offer?

Yes — items purchased using promotional discount codes are still eligible for return in line with our standard return policy.

7. What materials are your jewellery made from?

We offer a variety of materials including gold-plated jewellery, sterling silver, stainless steel, artificial (AD) jewellery, and freshwater or imitation pearls.

8. How do I take care of my jewellery?

To maintain the quality and shine of your jewellery:

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals

• Store in a dry place

• Remove before showering or sleeping

• Clean gently with a soft cloth

9. What are your general return conditions?

Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
