We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return eligibility

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return.  
Items must then be sent back within 7 days of delivery.  

To be eligible:  
• Items must be unworn and unused  
• Returned in original packaging  
• In perfect condition  

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns on:  
• Earrings  
• Nose jewellery  
• Jewellery sets that include earrings  
• Made-to-order or personalised items  

Sale items

Items marked as sale, clearance, or final sale are not eligible for return.  
Discount codes or promotional offers on full-priced items do not affect your return eligibility.  

Return shipping

Returns are not pre-paid.  
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.  
We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:  
• Refunds are processed within 2 working days  
• It may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account  

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  
Include clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
